We are pleased that you will be renting formalwear from us and to insure that this process goes smoothly
we need your help and attention to this process. The following points will help insure this.
- To properly prepare your formalwear we must have measurements that are accurate and that have
been dones by a qualified mens formalwear source. This is a service that is usually provided free
of charge at most places that rent tuxedos.
- Be sure that the sizes that you are providing are based on measurements that have been done by
a mens formalwear supplier and not the clothing sizes you normally wear as those sizes do not
equate to the mens tuxedo industry standard.
- Be sure that the following form is filled out completely and if you have experienced problems in the
past with a tuxedo rental indicate what those problems were as it relates to the fit of the tuxedo.
Please provide your measures at least 30 days prior.
- Your tuxedo will be prepared and be available for fitting and pickup on Thursday, after 2:00pm of
wear week. The tuxedo will be due to be returned to us on the first business day after use. Most
cases this will be Monday,we are closed on Sunday. We encourage that a one person in the
grooms party round up all the tuxedos, making sure that they are complete and on hangers and
bring them all back at once. This makes it easier for all of the men in the party and easier for us
to check them back in.
- A deposit of $35.00 is required with the attached form to secure your reservation and this must
be included with your measurements. This deposit can be paid by an out of area personal check
but the balance will need to be paid by cash or credit card. We cannot accept out of area checks
for final payments. You can also pay by credit card by by completing that portion on the out of town
form.please note that if you use a credit card you will be charged the full amount of the tuxedo due
to this being a hand keyed entry Lastly,we will make every to insure that this is a seamless process
but we cannot be held responsible for sizing not done in our store. We will do everything possible
to make any necessary corrections. However any special frieght charges will be at your expense.
